Bio:
Sam joined the UTSA Small Business Development Center in 2016. He has worked with hundreds of clients to start, grow, and support their small business endeavors. His background includes service in the U.S. Army, government contracting, and restaurant management. He is part of the Small Business Technology Commercialization team for the Southwest Texas Border SBDC Network, which serves 79 counties across over 400,000 square miles of Texas. . Sam holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration from Franklin University.
